Engineering Division

The Engineering Division is under the leadership of the Director of Public Services/City Engineer, provides support services to guide the design, management, maintenance and construction of the City's infrastructure.  They provide engineering design, construction supervision and project management for the various street, sidewalk, water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure projects that the City undertakes each year.

Bemidji Climate Resiliency Plan Survey

The City of Bemidji is developing a Climate Resiliency Plan to address challenges posed by flooding, extreme cold, and heatwaves. Complete the Bemidji Climate Resiliency survey by March 31, 2025, and you could win one of two $25 Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce ‘Chamber Bucks’ gift cards. This survey will help prioritize projects for stormwater management, transportation, green spaces, and greenhouse gas emission reduction and provides a platform for the community to influence climate action in Bemidji.
