The City Council will consider at its Regular Council Meeting on Monday, October 7 at 6:00 p.m. a resolution approving the final layout for State Project 0416-55, Minnesota Trunk Highway 197 from US Route 2 to 400 feet East of Hannah Avenue for Roadway Reconstruction Improvements.
