Sign Up for Email Notifications
- Get notified when the agenda is ready for an upcoming meeting or when meeting materials are posted
- Sign up for just the board, council or commission meetings that interest you
- Please note: if you were previously on an email list for City Council, board or commission meetings, you will need to sign up in the new system to continue receiving notices.
- Go the new agenda and meeting information portal (open in new tab so you can follow these instructions)
- Click the Sign in button on the top right
- Sign Up by creating a free account or using your Apple, Facebook, Google or Microsoft account. (Notifications will be sent to the email address affiliated with your account.) If you've recently signed up for a Parks & Recreation program, you probably already have an account and can use that method/password.
- Once you've signed in, click on the Subscriptions button on the top right. On mobile, you will see just the bell/alert icon at the top to click on.
- Move the toggle to the right for the notifications you would like to receive by email
- Click the X in the top right to close that box/screen
Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe at any time, hit the Subscriptions button and toggle off any meeting you no longer want to get emails about.
