Sign Up for Email Notifications

  • Get notified when the agenda is ready for an upcoming meeting or when meeting materials are posted
  • Sign up for just the board, council or commission meetings that interest you
  • Please note: if you were previously on an email list for City Council, board or commission meetings, you will need to sign up in the new system to continue receiving notices.
How to Sign Up
  1. Go the new agenda and meeting information portal (open in new tab so you can follow these instructions)
  2. Click the Sign in button on the top right

  3. Sign Up by creating a free account or using your Apple, Facebook, Google or Microsoft account. (Notifications will be sent to the email address affiliated with your account.) If you've recently signed up for a Parks & Recreation program, you probably already have an account and can use that method/password.
  4. Once you've signed in, click on the Subscriptions button on the top right. On mobile, you will see just the bell/alert icon at the top to click on.

  5. Move the toggle to the right for the notifications you would like to receive by email

  6. Click the X in the top right to close that box/screen

Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe at any time, hit the Subscriptions button and toggle off any meeting you no longer want to get emails about.
