Historic Carnegie Library – Library Park – 426 Bemidji Ave N
The Recreation Department Administrative Offices are located in the lower level, Suite 1, of the Historic Carnegie Library. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Visitors are welcome—please ring the doorbell upon arrival.
The Lakeview Room (upper level) is utilized for preschool programming, wellness activities, and arts programming, providing valuable opportunities for community engagement.
The Beatrice Mills Suite (lower level) is available for community group meetings for a nominal fee and also serves as a location for after-school programs, including arts, Legos, and other youth activities. Additionally, Bike Bemidji meets in this space once a month.
The Carnegie Library continues to serve as a vibrant community hub, connecting residents through recreation, education, and the arts.
